At Doodl Bloom, each item is thoughtfully designed, handcrafted, and packaged with love. Because our products are made in small batches or to order, all sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

All Sales Are Final

Each item is handmade or limited edition, meaning small variations make every piece unique. Please review item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. 

If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out before placing your order — we’re happy to help ensure it’s the right fit for you.

Damaged of Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@doodlbloom.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or partial refund if appropriate. Damage claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible. 

Shipping Issues

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. 

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to open a claim.
